Like most people searching for a Landrover it takes time, and lots of disappointment when you have traveled distance after seeing what are good photos of a car, only to find a rust bucket, but then I came across Autohaus, and was blown away by how good the cars on display were presented from the pictures alone and you knew that in the flesh they were going to be as good as the pictures and yes as 1 happy customer later I can say the cars are beautifully presented, exactly as described, and the customer service from Phil is just as good, very down to earth, friendly and professional, i cannot recommend Autohaus highly enough, for choice, value for money and the overall quality of the product for sale.

I wasn’t finding the process of buying a car with main dealers a pleasant experience until I met Phil at Autohaus. He didn’t pressure me with me sales patter or hound me with a million calls but restored my trust in the process - providing clarification on the car spec and warranty and accommodating the test drive around when suited me. Autohaus Select, great cars, and quality service.
Autohaus prides itself on its customer service, and i'm glad to say that i'm highly satisfied with my experience. My first initial call to the owner Philip was very welcoming and warm, and when I asked about the vehicle I was interested in, he had all of the relevant detail to hand. I was asked if I wanted to put down a totally refundable deposit to hold the vehicle until I was able to go to view the vehicle. The owner Phil assured me that the vehicle has been highly prepared and was in pristine order with a full dealer Service history, and that my journey from Walsall would not be waisted. In the mean time Philip emailed me details of the Service History, plus a full specification of the vehicle plus any additional extras, so that I could thoroughly examine them before my journey down to view the car. On arrival Philip was highly welcoming and offered me a cup of coffee, and was helpful, and on seeing the vehicle I was astonished by the condition and preparation that had gone into presenting the car for his potential customer. Philip allowed me plenty of time to look over and examine the vehicle, and then invited me for test drive. The test drive went well and i had decided to buy the car, and the deal was done. I made arrangement to pick up the car and made arrangements for a return journey back to Walsall by train, upon which Philip arranged to meet me at the local train station, from which I collected the Car, and was handed all of the relevant documentation.

Autohaus provides a small selection of quality cars with good service history and the owner Philip is able to guarantee that the description, quality and presentation of his vehicles lives up to his customers expectations and that most of his customers come at far distances travelled to buy his selection of cars.

My experience of Autohaus Select has been satisfying, and I'm a happy and satisfied customer.

Overall we’re really pleased with the car and service provided. Phil was extremely helpful, answered all questions asked, and the detailed video was also a great help prior to viewing the car. Viewing the car was relaxed, we were allowed to inspect, and drive the car at our leisure. Phil gave us a fair pt ex valuation and we were happy with the deal. Phil is a genuine guy, cares about offering a decent service, and is up front and honest, which is rare, particularly when purchasing used cars. We would happily buy another car from Phil.

100% RECOMMENDATION
I've had my Range Rover for over 12mths now & quite frankly I ❤ it, I also can't say enough good things about my experiences at Autohaus Select & of course not forgetting Phils fantastic level of customer service.

At the time I purchased my new car from Autohaus, I took advantage of the extended RAC Warranty and now I've just arranged a further 12mths RAC Cover with Phil's help again.

After my initial enquiry to Autohaus regarding a lovely looking Mercedes, my call was answered by Phil, who conducted himself impeccably and gave absolutely first class service from start to finish and answered all my questions honestly, politely and without hesitation.
After arranging a viewing and a test drive, I decided to buy the vehicle in question, which, by the way, was in outstanding condition.
All documentation regarding the transfer of ownership and taxation were handled very professionally by Phil himself.

I'm not sure I can really add much to the other excellent reviews.

Dealing with Phil and his team was an absolute pleasure. I admit that my preconceptions of used car dealers were rather clichéd but I have changed those views.

The car was perfectly presented - in the photos & video walk-around and in the 'flesh'. It was exactly as described. In fact, Phil actually contacted me prior to my lengthy journey to collect it to inform me of a minor niggle that had occurred recently. He went way above what I could reasonably expected in terms of the handover and really went out of his way to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. He was patient, friendly and approachable and explained things thoroughly and clearly. He was even a great help with a minor issue I had after I got the car home.

I would definitely recommend Phil and Autohaus Select without hesitation.

To top it all, he is a lovely man who clearly has a passion for what he does and is highly-motivated to ensuring his customers' satisfaction.

My car was prepared to perfection.
I am 76 years of age, a car fanatic, other than a spell with new company cars I reckon I have purchased some 25 second user cars, mainly Audi BMW and Landrover. I cannot recommend Phil enough. From the first phone call to picking up the car the service was amazing. Phil described the car spot on. The car was absolutely spotless when I picked it up and had been fully machine polished to a high standard.
It still had 9 months mot left on the car and Phil put a brand new mot on it and fully serviced it. Phil even offered an extended Rac warranty which I declined because I like to do my own work on my cars but there was no hard sales tactics but I still got the 3 months Rac warranty with the car which is fantastic. I would not hesitate to buy another car from Phil in the future. My only problem is I cannot drive the car because my partner is constantly in it lol. Thank you Phil you are a true gentleman.

We recently purchased a 2016 BMW X5 from Phil. It's a low mileage 30D M Sport in superb condition for it's age.
Phil had prepared it extremely well, to a state I couldn't fault.
On arriving home I found a problem with the rear wipe washer jet, which Phil paid to get fixed at a local garage to me, without quibble.
Phil's a great guy, very straight forward and trustworthy. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent customer service, Phil was very friendly and helpful and made the whole process very easy. He wasn't available the weekend I was able to visit and view the vehicle so instead arranged for his daughter to pick me up from the local train station and drive me to view the car. Vehicle was immaculate just like the photos. So far very pleased with the purchase, I would definitely return the next time I am in the market for a new car.

I'm 59 and never had such a positive experience with a used car dealer. Major OEM dealerships could learn a lot about 'Customer Experience' from Phil.
We travelled up from Somerset & Purchased a Freelander 2. In the days before we viewed/purchased, Phil contacted me several times to ensure I understood every aspect of the service history, and was totally upfront with everything that had not been done, as well as the work completed. He offered (and I accepted) to have Timing belt and water pump changed, for 'cost price' - I checked locally and could not have had it done for that money.
The vehicle was immaculately prepared and had been cleaned underbody & under hood, as well as the spotless interior - last time it looked that good was coming off of the production line. Now i understand why Phil has 184 5-star reviews, out of 188 total reviews.
In a few years when I look for my next vehicle, Phil's business will be the first place I go to.
And an unexpected bonus - as this business is an RAC approved dealer, I got free 12 months RAC Roadside coverage.

We recently bought our Bentley Continental GTC from Phil @ Autohaus and we cannot fault the service we received from the day we enquired about the car. Since the start Phil has been open and honest and answered any questions we had. We arranged to go view the car and loved it as soon as we saw it. We knew we would from the photos online but photos doesn’t do the car justice. Nothing was too much trouble for Phil. He arranged for us to take the car away the same day and we left our car with him . Phil gave us details of a car delivery service and the car we drove down in was delivered back to us a few days later at a very reasonable price. Phil also went out of his way to arrange for our old car to be detailed and have scratches removed at again a very reasonable cost to save us having to get it done before we handed it back to our lease provider. We would not hesitate to buy another car from Phil in the future and will certainly recommend him. Great company, great service and a great guy! thank you

From start to finish Autohaus were brilliant. They responded to my initial enquiry within hours and from that point forward couldn’t have been more helpful. Despite it being a bank holiday weekend they managed to find a way to fit me in and get me in front of the vehicle the very next day. The car itself was stunning, and Autohaus had clearly done a great job cleaning, servicing and touching the car up to a very high level - replaced tyres, re-powder coated alloys and full detailing to name but a few. They treat the cars as if they’re their own, and the knowledge and love for top quality cars comes through when you speak to them and see their stock. Once purchased they were in constant touch up to handover, and even in the days after checking in to see how I was getting on and if I had any questions. I’ve never bought a car in such confidence, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Very good experience overall.
I would definitely recommend Autohaus to anyone looking for a used vehicle. Phil is not only polite but extremely knowledgeable and makes the sales experience run very smoothly. The quality of his stock is excellent and you do feel that he is on hand should anything go wrong post purchase. I should have realised that my vehicle needed a service (by time) within 5 weeks of purchasing and unfortunately I've had to replace a couple of wear and tear parts also, less I would be giving a 5 star review.

Cant fault the service at all, we were picked up from the train station, then taken for an extensive test drive before going back to car lot. Every aspect of my dealings with Autohaus was absolutely first class. The comprehensive website gave an absolutely full description of the car I was looking for together with a substantial number of photographs which were crystal clear. Upon speaking to Phil on the phone he was willing to help in every respect. We negotiated a fair price for my part exchange car and made an appointment to view the following day. On our arrival, the only thing left to do was to decide whether or not to buy the car which was a very easy decision since the quality of Phil’s cars speak for themselves. Searching for a used car for our youngest has been problematic until I stumbled across Autohaus Select. I wanted a decent Fiat 500 with FSH to be used a first car. The cambelt and water pump were changed for me and this was evidenced with an invoice. What can I possibly say that hasn’t already been said. Nothing really. Phil was absolutely brilliant from first point of contact to driving away in my new car. Being a lady, with a partner who doesn’t have a clue when it comes to cars, having to deal with buying a new car can be a bit daunting and a worrying time, even more so when the car is about 125 miles away from where I live. I really didn’t need to worry. The car was perfect, Phil helped sort all the paperwork and took my old car off my hands. Would I recommend buying a car from here? Definitely. Thanks for everything Phil I’m loving my new car.

An agreement was reached in principle for both the purchase of my new car and the trade in on my old one. Everything was exactly as had been described and the process in purchasing my new car was perfect. The car was beautifully valeted and Autohaus made the experience very easy and clear. I would be very happy to purchase from them again.

Very professional service. Car was beautifully presented. Not sure I have ever said this before, but I believe Phil is an honest car dealer! He went to great lengths to explain all of the paperwork. Highly recommended.
